Nazi Seized Painting Returned

A 17th-century painting that was confiscated from its owner, a Jewish art dealer in Germany, on orders of the Nazis before World War II was turned over to his estate on Tuesday in a Holocaust Remembrance Day ceremony at the Museum of Jewish Heritage in Lower Manhattan.
